Ultimate Weapons and Limits

Red XIII-After Bugenhagen goes to the City with you and then comes back to Cosmo Canyon go talk to him. And after Red talks to him he'll get Limited Moon. Vincent- Both Death Penalty(weapon) and Chaos(limit) are obtained when Vincent goes to Lucrecia's cave.

Yuffie- Her weapon the Conformer is in the down Gelnika and her limit(all creation) is gotten when you fight(and win) vs Godo in Wutai.
