~Main description~
You first see him when he's on the news, the face to face meeting it when you blow up the #5* reactor. He's definatly the main bad guy of the hole game, with out him no one else you have meet (or been born in some cases_. He dies just after the piller of Sec.7 falls not a main person, but still the most important.
